I received my bachelor degree in mechanical design, fabrication, and automation from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, I researched on robotics with the State Key Laboratory of Robotics and System, Harbin Institute of Technology. Advised by Prof. Li Zhang, I received my Ph.D. degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020 with the committe members: Prof. Yun-hui Liu, Prof. Dong Sun and Prof. Samuel Kwok-Wai Au. Then, I conducted Postdoctoral research at CUHK from 2020 to 2022.

Now, I’m an Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

  • Mar 2021 - We recieved the Bronze prize in The 2021 International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva.

  • Jan 2021 - I serve as an Associate Editor for 2021 18th International Conference on Ubiquitous Robots.

  • Jan 2021 - I serve as a Guest Associate Editor for Frontiers in Robotics and AI with the research topic: Imaging-Guided Microrobot Navigation for Targeted Delivery in Complex Environments.

  • Jan 2021 - One paper is published on IEEE-RAL.

  • Dec 2020 - My second-authored paper received the Toshio Fukuda Best Paper Award in Mechatronics at 2020 IEEE International Conference on Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics (ICARM 2020).
